What this role is all about

As a Sales Acceleration Associate, you will support the teams that help drive business growth across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and India. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build hands-on experience in sales operations, customer support, and business processes within a global technology company. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams while gaining exposure to AI-powered tools and communication technologies used by global businesses every day. If you are curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a strong foundation for future client-facing career paths.

What you’ll do

• Provide operational and administrative support to Sales and client-facing teams across APAC and India

• Manage business requests related to pricing updates, account configurations, and contractual documentation

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational tasks and deliverables

• Monitor and manage support tickets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Organize, validate, and maintain business-related information and documentation

• Utilize AI tools and automation solutions to improve productivity and streamline processes

• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve requests and support business initiatives

What makes you a strong fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field

• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of professional experience

• Fluent in English & Thai, both spoken and written

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable working with data, processes, and multiple stakeholders

• Curious and willing to learn new technologies, business processes, and AI-powered tools

• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Internship, student organization, or part-time experience related to operations, customer service, administration, or project coordination

• Familiarity with productivity or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms

• Interest in building a future career in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles
