The Position

主要职责

• 区域患者解决方案策略与执行
  • 绘制清晰的生态圈内患者就医流转图，在医院内或医院间建立患者全程管理流程和体系
  • 协助推进生态圈内医院及相关科室打造会诊通道，促成患者上下层医院间流转，建立绿色转诊通道
  • 建立和管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目，推进各项目落地实施。
  • 和疾病领域经理协同合作，关注并推动疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化

支付方案

• 整合罗氏相关支付方案，提升团队/客户/患者对支付方案的全景视角。

疾病教育

• 支持第三方疾病认知教育项目，针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略，开展患者教育，加深患者疾病认知，提升患者获益

团队协作

主动地与团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合信息，提升团队客户/患者洞见。

岗位所需胜任力

• 跨疾病领域知识学习能力

• 业务敏锐度

• 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

•合作伙伴及大客户管理能力

• 正确的思维和行为(使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维)

工作年限

•5年以上医药行业工作经验

•既往有销售/市场/医学经验

•跨职能工作经验为佳

教育程度/所获资格证书

•医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
