What You’ll Do

As our Client Service Specialist in Sydney, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes clients into our experiential store—helping them get started, guiding them through our platform, and making sure their investing experience is smooth and enjoyable. If connecting with people and making financial concepts simple sounds exciting, this is your chance to shine in a fast-growing industry.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation.

• Answer basic questions and help clients feel confident using Moomoo’s innovative features.
• Support marketing events and workshops - be part of the buzz around our newest campaigns.
• Work with your team to keep store operations on track and clients happy.
• Help with documentation and compliance, always keeping client information safe.
• Assist sales efforts by following up on leads and supporting client acquisition goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, preferbally financial advice, or retail investment services
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
• People-focused: great communicator (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Tech-savvy and keen to learn new digital tools
• Customer-first problem solver who’s always ready to help

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or store sales experience.
• Team management or training experience.
• Active Moomoo user.
• Familiar with local community resources.
• Experience in pop-up store or temporary retail space operations.
• Familiar with mall partnership processes and promotional calendar planning.
