About AI Paralegal
AI Paralegal is part of CORTO, a cutting-edge software company dedicated to revolutionising the legal industry. Our mission is to empower legal practitioners with AI-driven solutions that streamline their workflow, boost productivity and provide more efficient client service.
AI is transforming the legal industry and CORTO is at the forefront of this change. There is a huge opportunity for law firms to save time, money and to add more value to their client base. This is where AI Paralegal comes in. AI Paralegal is a startup transforming the way legal work is done to unlock new value for law firms and their clients. We will be utilising our in-house expertise and the power of AI to save hours of work and transform the way law firms provide access to legal justice.
Built on Adieu’s advanced AI technology, AI Paralegal functions as a digital paralegal drafting documents, managing workflows and handling repetitive legal tasks with speed and precision. By integrating seamlessly with LEAP’s ecosystem, it empowers firms to increase efficiency, scale capacity and drive measurable profitability from every matter.
What you’ll do
This role is ideal for a qualified Lawyer who wants to be a part of how AI is transforming the legal industry. You'll join our Implementation team and focus on adoption – taking new firms from signed order form to using AI Paralegal every day.
AI Paralegal runs on a revenue share model: when our clients use the product successfully, we both generate revenue. That makes a firm’s first four months critical. In that window, you’ll get them set up, trained and confident with the product, with the goal of reaching their monthly usage targets. Those targets are how your success will be measured.
You’ll work closely with sales, product and our engagement team, and your client interaction and feedback will help shape how we run this first part of the client journey.
To make this happen, you will:
- Own the end-to-end implementation experience for new firms, from contract signed through to embedded daily usage and live revenue
- Partner with sales across the full cycle, joining the conversation before the deal closes and staying close after
- Lead onsite and remote training sessions tailored to the firm: structured pre-work, a half to full day onsite for smaller firms and deliberate follow-up
- Run targeted outreach after go-live to help firms reach their monthly usage targets
- Run a clean handoff to the engagement team once firms are settled, so they can optimise long-term usage and revenue
- Build and refine the implementation process, training and how we approach firms of different sizes
- Bring feedback back to product and sales: what’s working, what’s blocking adoption and what we need to build next
- Manage multiple implementations in parallel and continuously improve cycle time without trading off adoption quality
What you’ll bring
- Admitted lawyer or legal practitioner with 3+ years of experience
- A consultative style, with a focus on change management over technical configuration
- Strong stakeholder management across internal teams (sales, product, support, engagement) and on the client side
You are the type of person who
- Has a genuine interest in AI and how it’s changing professional work. You don’t need to be a builder but you should be a curious user
- Enjoys getting in a room (or on a call) with legal professionals to understand how they work
- Is happy to build structure where it doesn’t exist yet. We are still building our implementation process
- Is energised by being in early – when the product is still taking shape and your input actually changes it
- Thrives in a small, fast-moving team where new ideas are welcome and there’s no room for ego
CORTO is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.
