About the role 

As Restaurant Runner at Domes Aulus Elounda, you will help make our dining experience smooth, efficient and enjoyable for every guest. You will support the service team and contribute to a positive guest experience. Previous experience is helpful, but what matters most is your ability to work quickly, effectively and as part of a team. 

What you will do 

Guest service 

• Welcome guests warmly and promptly, and help with any special requests. 

• Support the service team with whatever is needed for guest satisfaction, such as refilling condiments, bringing additional items and answering guest questions. 

Operations 

• Help set up tables for service, including tableware and linen, to our standards. 

• Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests. 

• Keep the restaurant and dining areas clean, organised and hygienic. 

Teamwork 

• Work with the kitchen, service and wider hotel teams for clear communication and smooth service. 

Requirements

What you will bring 

Essential 

• The ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks at once. 

• Good organisational skills, with a proactive approach and an eye for detail. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Desirable 

• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a luxury environment. 

• A high school diploma.
