A fast-growing DTC functional nutrition and wellness brand is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale its entire creator and affiliate program from the ground up.

The company launched its flagship nutrition and wellness products in 2025 and has grown quickly, with strong founder credibility in the fitness and wellness space. The team is lean and high-ownership, with no layers of bureaucracy between strategy and execution.

Day-to-day, the role owns the affiliate program platform end-to-end, builds AI-powered outreach systems that still feel personal, manages relationships with third-party creator platforms and agencies, and partners with performance marketing to amplify top organic content through paid channels. Success means a scaled creator network, growing affiliate revenue, and a reliable content-to-paid pipeline.k, TikTok, and LinkedIn, write captions and engagement copy in distinct brand voices, and pull monthly analytics into client-facing reports. After onboarding, you operate independently — daily end-of-day check-ins and weekly summaries during ramp phase down as trust is built.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3–5+ years of hands-on influencer or affiliate marketing experience with measurable revenue, traffic, or brand-awareness outcomes tied to specific campaigns
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, activating, and retaining large-scale creator or ambassador networks
• Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content performance and creator ecosystems
• Experience with whitelisting, Spark Ads, and paid amplification of organic influencer content
• Hands-on experience with affiliate/influencer platforms such as Superfiliate, JoinBrands, or Insense (or comparable tools)
• Experience building AI-powered outreach systems or workflows for creator recruitment at scale
• C1+ English (CEFR) for direct negotiation and relationship management with US-based creators

Nice-to-Have

• Direct experience with Superfiliate specifically
• Background in health, wellness, fitness, or CPG brands
• Experience coordinating with external agencies or managed-service influencer platforms
• An existing personal network of creator/influencer contacts
• Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools for outreach at scale
