Where You'll Make a Difference

• Ensure reliable raw material availability while balancing service (OTP), inventory, and working capital objectives.
• Support manufacturing by planning material supply, managing replenishment activities, and monitoring inbound deliveries.
• Proactively identify supply risks before they impact manufacturing operations or customer service and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Own supply issues from identification through resolution, including risk assessment, communication, escalation, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Finished Goods Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to support uninterrupted operations.
• Optimize inventory levels by balancing service, inventory, and working capital objectives while reducing excess, slow-moving, obsolete inventory, and write-offs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects that improve supply chain performance.
• Maintain planning accuracy and leverage large volumes of data to support decision-making and problem solving.
• Prioritize competing business needs and focus efforts on the highest-impact opportunities and risks.
• Influence decisions through data analysis, business judgment, and effective stakeholder engagement.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields
• Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
• 3 or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Materials Planning
  • Production Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Supply Chain
  • Procurement
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain Analytics

• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for business results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with ERP/MRP systems. SAP experience is highly preferred.

What Makes You Stand Out

• SAP or other ERP/MRP planning system experience.
• Inventory optimization experience. Including Slow moving and obsolete, excess stock and write offs.
• Participation in cross-functional supply chain projects.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence experience.
