About the Role
The company is hiring a Recruiter to own talent acquisition across the company. This is a foundational role at a company growing fast — the Recruiter will build and run the systems that bring great people in and set them up to succeed.
The Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting across every function, and support a handful of core people operations tasks as the company scales. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to do real work, not manage a team that does it.
What the Recruiter Will Do
Recruiting
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions — clinical, operations, business development, technology, and everything in between
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and close strong candidates quickly
- Manage the company's ATS and keep hiring data clean, accurate, and useful
- Coordinate external search partners for senior or specialized searches when needed
- Represent the company's brand and values at every touchpoint of the candidate experience
People Operations
- Manage the company's PEO, including onboarding new hires, so everyone starts strong
- Own day-to-day HR processes: PTO, leaves, employee relations, policy questions, and compliance
- Maintain accurate records in the company's HRIS and ensure the company is running clean processes as they scale
What the Company is Looking For
- 5+ years in recruiting, ideally at a high-growth startup, with some exposure to people operations or HR generalist work
- The candidate has done it all: sourced candidates, closed offers, run onboarding, and handled the occasional HR question
- Strong executor — they don't wait to be told what to do, and they follow through
- Organized and detail-oriented without being slow; they can manage competing priorities without dropping things
- Clear, direct communicator who earns trust with candidates, employees, and leaders alike
- Someone who wants to grow — this role will expand as the company does, and the company wants someone who's excited about that
Compensation & Location
- $140,000 – $160,000 plus bonus and equity
- Hybrid in NYC
