As a Manager in RCMS Clinical Denials at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice. You will collaborate with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise in operations consulting will be crucial in providing guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading operational consulting projects to enhance client efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing client needs and developing strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Guiding teams in implementing technology solutions and process automation for operational excellence
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
- Facilitating difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts or issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and cost efficiency
- Promoting the use of emerging technologies and innovative solutions in client engagements
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support operational strategy development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Proven experience in clinical denials

- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement

- Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
