What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This may include the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement.
What are we looking for? Lead a QA/QC team providing quality services to specific projects Execute the best practices to help the teams supported by him/her to achieve the maturity level required by the company according the business objectives Lead and define the testing strategy for the specific teams/releases/engagements To provide training, on boarding in quality and processes to the teams supported by her/him Design, implement and/or assure the process in the team Able to perform QA and QC daily activities (bug tracking, bug search and testing tasks) Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement/release QA workload allocation and follow-up within his/her team Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery Take care of deadlines, write status reports, metrics reports, attend to meetings and provide guidance to the team Recommend improvements or corrections to developers in terms of work processes and quality where applicable Coordinate internal calibration sessions with Project Managers Monitor the quality of the service and communicate overall status to QA Management Bachelor’s degree in IT stream- B.Sc, BCA, B.E. 7-8 years’ experience in Software testing field Excellent communication skills Willing to work in shifts Strong knowledge on Risk Management, Roots Cause Analysis, Process Improvement and Software Metrics Exceptional leadership skills, Communications skills & Client Management skills Strong customer service, team development, problem solving skills and adaptability to changing environments Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Working knowledge of test management software Device Testing Knowledge (IOS, Android etc.) Strong knowledge in PPT, Excel, Word, to create day-to-day reports, decks, and analysis Attention to detail Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Good to have skills: Certifications – ISTQB, Digital Marketing Programming Knowledge –HTML, CSS, Java Script, Core Java, etc. Automation testing skills on any of the technology to write and execute test scripts
