Job Description:
The Post Sales Logistics Coach is responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of the post-sales logistics team. This position involves working closely with the logistics supervisor and team members to ensure that products are delivered on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handles inquiries from agents, program managers/sales person.
· Take escalated calls and orders
· Review errors and audits with the agents
· Audit reps to ensure they follow the existing PSL guidelines
· Assist in placing orders when needed.
· Creates and plans specialty agents’ schedule
· Sends hourly queue updates
· Sends performance and specialty accounts reports.
· Monitor and track shipments, and coordinate with carriers to resolve any issues or delays.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
· Develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
· Monitors the queue and identify number of FTEs required per day
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities: Must be able to demonstrate leadership, oral, written, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines. Ability to identify and promote continuous improvement. Ability to understand and execute policies and procedures. With flexibily in schedule (24/7)
