主要職能：客戶經營、名單管理與專案推動，以提升跨售效能及客戶價值
1. 客戶經營與跨售策略：
- 制定客戶經營、跨售及名單行銷策略，依營運目標規劃重點客群、行銷主題與推動方案。
- 規劃既有客戶經營機制，包含 CRM、回購、交叉銷售、會員及忠誠度經營等。
2. 名單策略與管理
- 建立名單取得、篩選、分配、使用、追蹤及回饋機制，提升名單使用效率及轉換成效。
- 與業務前線及合作單位協作，推動名單型行銷及銷售專案。
3. 行銷與客戶經營專案管理
- 專案前期：依業務目標及客戶需求進行需求分析，定義專案目標、Target Audience、KPI、執行策略、時程、資源需求及跨部門分工。
- 專案中期：負責專案執行與進度管理，協調業務前線及跨部門單位，持續追蹤執行進度、名單運用、客戶反應及關鍵指標，並適時調整執行方式。
- 專案後期：依 KPI 進行成效分析及專案檢討，分析活動觸及、名單轉換、跨售及業務成果，歸納關鍵成功因素與改善機會。
- 持續優化：將分析結果及經驗回饋至後續客群選擇、名單策略、活動機制及執行流程，建立持續優化的 closed-loop management。
4. 客戶活動與經營機制
- 規劃及執行推薦制、MGM、會員經營、忠誠度等客戶經營方案。
- 依不同客群與業務需求規劃行銷活動及銷售機會，強化客戶互動、回購及跨售效能。
5. 數據分析與成效優化
- 建立及追蹤客戶經營、名單運用、行銷活動與專案執行之核心 KPI。
- 透過數據分析辨識問題與機會，提出具體優化方案，持續改善客群、名單、活動及跨售策略。
6. AI 與數位工具應用
- 善用 AI、數據分析及數位工具，提升客戶洞察、名單分析、行銷企劃、專案執行與營運效率。
次要職能：商品策略規劃、新商品發想與銷售分析商品行銷活動專案推動與行政支援
- 熟悉保險商品，支援保險商品之策略規劃與企劃推動，包含新商品發想、商品定位與銷售策略規劃，定期進行競爭市場與同業商品分析，盤點市場缺口與商品機會。
- 負責既有商品銷售表現之分析，與商品策略要求，並提出商品結構或策略調整建議。
- 新商品上線時，需規劃核心銷售賣點、銷售主軸與通路推廣策略，進行商品導入與推廣。
- 支援商品相關專案之推動與營運執行，包含商品上架流程協助與跨部門溝通、商品系統維護。
- 因應法令或管理需求進行商品異動與內容調整、配合查核需求進行相關資料與網頁內容更新。
- 配合直效行銷通路商品上下架與相關文件維護等行政作業。
