Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP S/4HANA Project Leader (f/m) to join our Digital for Operations Department based in Toulouse, France.

As part of the Airbus Resources Planning (ARP) program, you will strategically architect and drive the deployment of the ERP S/4HANA solution across global operations. You will orchestrate pilot phases (Avionics in Toulouse, Cabin Electronics in Buxtehude, A220 St. Eloi) to transition 100% of the impacted scope to this unified system, sticking strictly to SAP Standards while securing production ramp-ups to pave the way for next generation aircraft.

Your challenges:

• Drive the ARP strategy by aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions and decommissioning roadmaps with D&IM teams.

• Manage full project governance (quality, schedule, P&L) and arbitrate resources/risks while executing the Make-or-Buy strategy.

• Implement SAP Activate methodology and enforce strict SAP Standard compliance via Design Authority governance.

• Align senior cross-functional stakeholders across departments (1xx, Oxx, Dxx) and lead organizational change management.

• Apply BPRO process (Security-by-Design) and leverage cutting-edge technologies (AI, data analytics) to optimize ERP workflows.

Your boarding pass:

• Proven experience (min 10 years) leading complex, large-scale cross-functional ERP SAP S/4HANA project deployments in multi-site industrial environments.

• Mastery of LBIP, Agile project management frameworks, and SAP Activate methodology.

• Demonstrated expertise in change management, resisting customization, and aligning senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.

• Strong technical acumen with the ability to leverage emerging technologies (AI, data analytics) to optimize ERP processes.

• Advanced / fluent level in English and French (transnational environment).
