Position Summary

Position designs and develops complex computer programs and supportive documentation.

Job Description

• Develops a wide variety of complex computer programs to meet the needs of the department.
• Partners with faculty, clinical teams, researchers, and staff to analyze requirements and turn complex business, statistical, technical, and scientific problems into working solutions.
• Writes, details, and codes program instructions.
• Prepares flow charts and necessary documentation.
• Tests and debugs programs, tracking down and fixing issues as they come up.
• Evaluates and resolves software and hardware problems in the department's computing environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
