The mission -

As a Project Manager for Enterprise Customer Onboarding, you will own the journey from commercial handover to successful go-live for some of Sprinto’s largest customers.

You will bring together the customer, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to establish scope, manage dependencies, resolve blockers and deliver measurable customer outcomes. Your success will be reflected in faster time-to-value, predictable implementation timelines and complete handovers into Customer Success.

You will also use learnings from individual implementations to improve Sprinto’s onboarding playbooks, governance and operating processes as we scale our enterprise business.

Where you'll leave your mark?

Lead enterprise customer implementations from post-sales handover through onboarding, go-live and transition to Customer Success.

Establish scope, outcomes, milestones, owners, dependencies and success criteria at the beginning of every project.

Build and maintain implementation plans, governance cadences, risk registers and executive status updates.

Act as the central point of coordination for the customer and internal teams throughout the implementation.

Identify risks and scope gaps early, drive decisions and escalate blockers with clear recommendations.

Coordinate requirements, integrations, configuration, testing, training and launch readiness across teams.

Manage customer expectations around scope, timelines, dependencies and trade-offs.

Track implementation outcomes such as time-to-value, cycle time, milestone adherence, customer readiness and handover completeness.

Ensure every deployment concludes with clear documentation, ownership and a complete handover to Customer Success.

Convert recurring implementation challenges into reusable playbooks, templates and process improvements.

The kind of builder we're looking for -

What we’re looking for

4–8 years of experience in project management, SaaS implementation, service delivery, enterprise onboarding or a similar customer-facing role.

Experience managing complex post-sales implementations for B2B SaaS or technology customers.

Strong project-management fundamentals: scope, planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance and stakeholder communication.

Evidence of improving customer outcomes—not just completing activities or maintaining project trackers.

Ability to manage demanding enterprise customers and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.

Experience coordinating Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and other teams without formal authority.

Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where established playbooks may not yet exist.

Strong written and verbal communication, including executive updates and difficult customer conversations.

Working knowledge of spreadsheets, dashboards and project-management tools.

Good to have

Experience building or improving enterprise onboarding and implementation playbooks.

Experience in a growing SaaS company where processes were still being established.

Exposure to security, compliance, IT operations or integration-heavy products.

Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Jira, Asana, Gainsight, Zendesk or similar platforms.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or other formal project-management training; certification is not mandatory.

Enterprise implementations reach go-live predictably and within the agreed scope.

Customers achieve value sooner, with fewer avoidable delays and escalations.

Risks, dependencies and decisions receive clear ownership.

Sales-to-onboarding and onboarding-to-CS handovers become more complete.

Recurring implementation problems are converted into scalable processes and playbooks.
