About the Role
[팀/포지션 소개]상품거버넌스부문은 재보험 전략 및 프라이싱·모델 검증, 데이터·기술 기반 Transformation 및 AI/Automation 추진, 그리고 상품 전략 및 거버넌스 운영을 통합적으로 수행하며, 세 가지 전문 기능을 유기적으로 결합해 상품 리스크 관리와 의사 결정의 적정성을 지원하고 상품 개발과 관리의 생산성과 품질 향상을 주도하는 핵심 컨트롤 타워 역할을 수행합니다.
Product Strategy & Governance 포지션은 상품 전략 및 거버넌스 운영을 담당하는 역할로서, 상품 관련 주요 의사 결정 프로세스를 기획·운영하고 조직 간 Alignment를 지원하며 Business 및 Strategy 관점에서 의사 결정을 뒷받침하는 역할을 수행합니다.
[담당 업무]
1. Business Strategy & Planning
- 상품 portfolio 및 전략 방향 지원
- 상품 기회 분석 및 신규 initiative 발굴
- 경영진 의사결정 지원 자료 작성
2. 상품 거버넌스 및 위원회 운영 총괄
- 상품위원회·가정위원회 등 핵심 거버넌스 운영 (안건, 보고자료 검토, 승인 조건 관리)
- 승인 조건 이행, 사후 리뷰, 내부통제 준수 관리를 통한 상품 리스크에 대한 체계적 통제
- 개발·관리 프로세스 취약 요인 분석 및 개선 필요 영역 도출, 글로벌 스탠다드 및 Group 가이드 반영한 거버넌스 체계 개선·고도화
- 시장·규제·계리/리스크 기준 변화에 따른 거버넌스 정책·절차·위원회 운영 기준 정기 업데이트
3. PMO 역할
- 부문 주요 agenda 관리 및 실행 tracking
- 조직 간 coordination 및 priority 관리
- Senior management reporting
4. Group & Stakeholder Management
- Group HQ와 커뮤니케이션 및 alignment
- 국내 시장 인사이트 공유를 통한 양방향 alignment 구축
[자격 요건]
- 전략/컨설팅/보험 유관 경력 8년 이상
- Strong PM 및 stakeholder management 역량
- Executive communication skill
- 영어 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 역량
** 우대 사항
- Consulting firm / strategy / PMO 경험 우대
