Responsibilities

• As a Product Owner you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer following a human centered design approach.
• You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the clients needs and wants.
• Your role includes validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required along with providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to continuously refine the product vision and strategy.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Prioritize product backlog items to maximize value delivery and support project goals.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.
• You are responsible for the speed and consistency with which valuable features move from customer feedback or product vision to a live production environment, including Customer Advocacy, aligning Product Strategy to Execution, Requirements Management & Backlog Refinement, Collaboration Facilitation, Risk Management, Metrics Reporting, Customer Engagement, Prioritization and trade-off decisions for unplanned work, Product impediment escalations, Agile team skill gaps, Clarification of user stories, Architectural, coding, and compliance standards, and Technical dependencies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of Backlog Refinement Efficiency experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories so engineering teams can work without delays or rework.
• Minimum of 1 year of Financial ROI Optimization experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience prioritizing features and managing the product budget to maximize return on investment and business performance.
• Minimum of 1 year of Release, Delivery Velocity, and Time to Market orchestration experience.
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively & professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
• Bachelors or Associates degree
  
  

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
