Product Manager, Growth

What we want to accomplish and why we need you

Suki is a leading technology company that provides AI voice solutions for healthcare. Our mission is to reimagine the healthcare technology stack, making it invisible and assistive to lift the administrative burden from clinicians. Our flagship product, Suki Assistant, uses generative AI to automatically create clinical documentation by ambiently listening to patient-clinician conversations. Suki helps clinicians complete notes 72% faster on average, assists with coding and answering questions, and delivers a 9X ROI in year 1.

Clinicians that use Suki already spend over 70% less time on administrative tasks — and we're striving to do even better. Come join us!

We are a user-driven company committed to making sure every pixel of our product is in service of doctors. We're a team of technologists, clinicians, and industry experts working together to push the limits on technology in medicine. We're confident enough to move fast and talented enough not to break things.

The opportunity

Suki grows through its product — and we need someone who can measure, understand, and improve that motion with rigor. We're looking for a Product Manager, Growth with strong analytical instincts to own how clinicians activate, engage, and retain within Suki. You'll define success metrics, build measurement frameworks, run experiments, and translate data into product decisions that move the needle on adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of product and analytics. You won't just look at dashboards — you'll build them, instrument the events that feed them, design the experiments that test your hypotheses, and use the results to ship better product. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and Sales to close the loop between data and delivery.

What you'll own

Measurement and Funnel Analysis

  • Define success metrics and build measurement frameworks for clinician activation, engagement, and retention — particularly in greenfield areas where metrics aren't yet established
  • Conduct deep-dive funnel analyses to understand where clinicians drop off, what drives engagement, and what distinguishes power users from churned ones
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools that give the broader team visibility into funnel performance and product health
  • Partner with Engineering to advocate for upstream instrumentation best practices — ensuring events are captured with consistent schemas and sufficient fidelity to answer growth questions

Experimentation

  • Design and execute A/B tests and phased rollouts to measure the incremental impact of product changes on activation and retention
  • Define guardrails and success/failure criteria for experiments before they run, not after
  • Synthesize experiment results into clear product recommendations and feed learnings back into roadmap prioritization

Product Delivery

  • Translate analytical findings and clinician feedback into well-scoped product requirements that engineering teams can execute against
  • Own the growth product roadmap: identify the highest-leverage bets based on data, size them, and drive them to launch
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to surface field insights and validate them against product usage data

What we're looking for

  • Analytically rigorous: You reach for data first. You know how to slice a funnel, design a clean experiment, and tell the difference between correlation and causation. SQL is a native language, not a stretch skill.
  • Instrumentally curious: You care about where the data comes from. You've worked with engineering to define event taxonomies, and you've felt the pain of trying to answer a question when the tracking wasn't there.
  • Builder: You don't just analyze — you use what you learn to ship. You write specs engineers love to read and you hold the product accountable to the metrics you defined.
  • Action oriented: You move fast, iterate on signal, and don't wait for perfect information.
  • Clinician-empathetic: You can hold a quantitative understanding of funnel behavior and a qualitative understanding of clinical workflows at the same time.
  • Mission-driven: You are as passionate about reducing clinician burnout as we are.

Responsibilities

  • Define, instrument, and own growth metrics across the clinician journey — from first login through power-user activation — and drive accountability to them across the team
  • Conduct funnel analyses and deep-dives to identify root causes of adoption gaps and surface high-value opportunities for product improvement
  • Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, holdout groups, phased rollouts) with pre-registered success criteria; synthesize results into product decisions
  • Build dashboards and self-service tools that give product, CS, sales, and leadership clear visibility into clinician activation and retention
  • Partner with Engineering to define event instrumentation requirements and ensure analytics foundations are experiment-ready
  • Write clear, detailed product requirements that translate growth hypotheses and clinical workflow needs into shippable product
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and clinical SMEs to triangulate qualitative field insights with quantitative product data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related) and 4+ years of experience in technology, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in growth or product analytics in a B2B SaaS environment — you've owned a funnel, moved a metric, and can explain precisely how
  • Strong SQL fluency; comfortable pulling, slicing, and visualizing data independently without waiting for a data analyst
  • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments; understands statistical significance, power, and common pitfalls
  • Experience defining metrics and building measurement frameworks in ambiguous or greenfield environments
  • Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Statsig, Looker, or similar)
  • Experience working in Agile environments and thriving in a fast-paced, startup context
  • Healthcare experience or familiarity with clinical workflows is a plus; curiosity and ability to learn quickly is a must
