We're looking for a Home Care Office Manager to lead our Phoenix office and help take our agency to the next level.

This isn't a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo. We're building something special, and that takes energy, accountability, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

We're searching for a leader who:

Builds strong relationships and connects naturally with people.
Understands that home care is a people-first business.
Leads through and with their team—not around them.
Addresses challenges directly instead of letting problems linger.
Has an internal sense of urgency and is always moving priorities forward.
Keeps projects and people on track without letting details fall through the cracks.
Can balance day-to-day operations while keeping sight of the bigger picture.

Preferred Experience

We're ideally looking for someone with a successful background in home care leadership, whether that means:

Building a home care agency from the ground up, or
Helping an established agency grow and reach the next level as a key operational leader.
