  • Manage third-party due diligence matters through the Company’s global online due diligence and approval platform, ensuring requests are complete, well documented, and processed in a timely manner by proactively engaging with business stakeholders and third parties.

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to support compliant third-party engagements and provide practical guidance regarding applicable requirements.

  • Review and support approval requirements associated with ITAR Part 130 requests and related third-party information.

  • Maintain accurate records of due diligence reviews, risk assessments, approvals, and related compliance determinations.

  • Manage multiple complex matters simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet established deadlines in a dynamic, global environment.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of third-party compliance processes and controls.

  • Support other compliance operations activities and special projects as needed.

  • Strong analytical, investigative, and critical-thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and evaluate complex information to identify and assess risk.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
