Barbaricum is seeking All Source Analysts to support an anticipated mission delivering critical intelligence, advisory, training, and operational support services that help mission partners stay ahead of rapidly evolving global threats. Working across geographic and functional combatant commands, All Source Analysts play a vital role in integrating information from multiple intelligence disciplines to produce timely, actionable intelligence that informs planning, targeting, operational execution, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DIA Analysis and Production Tradecraft standards to ensure analytical rigor and product quality.
- Collect, integrate, and analyze intelligence from multiple classified and unclassified sources, reports, databases, and data repositories.
- Synthesize complex information into intelligence products, assessments, reports, and briefings that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Research, identify, and continuously assess customer requirements to develop relevant and actionable intelligence products.
- Utilize emerging technologies, advanced analytics, and AI/ML-enabled tools to retrieve, process, and analyze complex datasets.
- Integrate multiple intelligence disciplines, capabilities, and data streams to produce tradecraft-compliant all-source intelligence assessments.
- Monitor and assess information to identify emerging threats, risks, opportunities, and indicators supporting operational planning and mission success.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis in support of conflict studies, Information Operations (IO), and strategic competition activities.
- Serve as a technical expert by advising stakeholders, supporting capability validation efforts, leading complex analytical projects, and mentoring junior analysts.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis in support of defense, intelligence, or national security missions. This position may be filled at multiple levels based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, with consideration given to candidates possessing 3+, 5+, or 7+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience applying Intelligence Community and DIA analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203, to develop intelligence products and assessments.
- Experience integrating classified and unclassified intelligence from multiple sources and disciplines to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and communicate findings through reports, briefings, and executive-level products.
- Experience utilizing OSINT methodologies, advanced analytic platforms, and AI/ML-enabled tools to identify threats, opportunities, and behavioral trends.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Data Analytics, Information Operations, Regional Studies, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), influence activities, strategic competition, or behavioral analysis initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading analytic teams, integrating emerging technologies and AI/ML-enabled capabilities, and serving as a senior technical advisor on complex intelligence programs.
