Your Responsibilities
- Zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung von Projekten, Programmen, Prozessen und digitalen Lösungen für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
- Konzeption und Gestaltung von Informationsmaterialien sowie digitalen Medien für Produktion und Instandhaltung
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Erklärvideos, Simple-Shows und Interviewformaten
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung interner Informations- und Kommunikationskanäle
- Mitarbeit in Change-Projekten und kommunikative Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
- Didaktische Aufbereitung komplexer Inhalte gemeinsam mit Entwicklern, Fachverantwortlichen und Anwendern
- Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation rund um Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsinitiativen
Your Profile
- Laufendes Hochschulstudium der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften, Kognitionswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erste Erfahrungen in der digitalen Mediengestaltung oder Content-Erstellung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an Kommunikation, Digitalisierung und Change-Themen im industriellen Umfeld
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Interesse an einer längerfristigen Zusammenarbeit, beispielsweise im Rahmen einer Werkstudierendentätigkeit oder Abschlussarbeit
