Your Responsibilities

• Unterstützung der HR Business Partner im operativen Tagesgeschäft im Zuge einer Restrukturierung.
• Vorbereitung arbeitsrechtlicher Themen (z. B. Datensammlung und Vorbereitung von Anhörungen, Prüfung von Richtlinien, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Arbeitsrechtsfällen).
• Erstellung und Pflege von HR-Dokumentationen, Auswertungen und Präsentationen.
• Mitarbeit in organisatorischen und administrativen HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycle.
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Unterlagen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Führungskräfte und Gremien.
• Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern (Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende, Betriebsrat).
• Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung und Umsetzung arbeitsrechtlicher Anforderungen. 

Your Profile

• Eingeschriebene/r Student:in (m/w/d), idealerweise der Fachrichtungen BWL mit HR-Schwerpunkt, Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, oder vergleichbar.
• Interesse an Arbeitsrecht und personalwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
• Idealerweise erste berufliche Erfahrungen und/oder eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
• Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein professionelles, verbindliches Auftreten.
• Motivation, sich proaktiv in komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
