Powerscreen Early Talent Dealer Manager

Salary Range: $60,000–$65,000 + Bonus Eligibility

If you’re early in your career and excited to learn, grow, and make an impact, the Powerscreen Early Talent Dealer Manager role is a launchpad into the world of heavy equipment sales, dealer development, and territory management. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with industry‑leading material processing equipment while building relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams.

This role is designed for emerging talent who want a blend of technical learning, field exposure, and real responsibility — with strong mentorship every step of the way.

Your First Year: Learn, Explore, Build Confidence

Your first year is all about developing a strong foundation. You’ll receive structured training, field experience, and exposure to our dealer network.

• Product & Application Training — Learn the Powerscreen product range and how machines perform in real‑world applications.
• Field Case Studies — Visit customer sites (quarries, recycling yards) to observe machines in action and build case studies.
• Market Share & Growth Analysis — Analyze market data to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Shadow Territory Managers — Join dealer and customer visits to understand territory dynamics and relationship building.
• Dealer Review Support — Prepare sales analysis, market share data, and documentation for dealer business reviews.
• Local Market Research — Track business activity and identify opportunities for current and future products.

Year Two: Take Ownership & Drive Results

Once you’ve built a strong foundation, you’ll step into managing your own territory and dealer relationships.

• Annual Dealer Business Plans — Build and align yearly plans with dealers and track progress throughout the year.
• Sales Forecasting — Set dealer sales targets and forecast machine sales.
• Dealer Network Growth — Identify, appoint, and support new dealer accounts.
• Sales & Marketing Initiatives — Implement programs that drive machine sales and brand visibility.
• Order Acquisition — Secure machine orders while protecting margins.
• Technical & Commercial Expertise — Maintain strong product knowledge to support dealers and customers.
• Dealer & Customer Training — Train dealer teams and end users on products, applications, warranties, and technical sales.
• Competitive Intelligence — Stay current on competitor products and market trends.
• Product Feedback Loop — Share customer insights with engineering and marketing teams.
• Factory Visits — Coordinate dealer and customer visits to the factory.
• Dealer Contract Compliance — Ensure dealer accounts meet Terex standards.

Basic Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a commercial or technical role or recent college graduate
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Interest in technical products and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Valid passport (or ability to obtain one)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
