Job Title
Power Platform Governance SpecialistJob Description
About the role
As a Power Platform Governance Specialist, you help shape how the Power Platform is governed, adopted, and enabled across Vanderlande.
The platform is growing rapidly and is increasingly used for enterprise applications, automation, and self-service enablement. This growth creates opportunities as well as challenges around governance, ownership, standards, and consistency. In this role, you help move from a more ad-hoc way of working to a structured and scalable approach that supports both control and adoption.
A solid understanding of the Power Platform is essential. You understand how makers, developers, and business users work with the platform and can translate that experience into practical governance and enablement improvements.
You act as the bridge between Platform Teams and Digital Acceleration, ensuring governance supports platform stability, delivery speed, and business enablement. While a solid understanding of the Power Platform is important, the focus is not purely on development. A significant part of the role involves guiding governance processes, defining standards, supporting platform adoption, and facilitating collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
This role is an excellent next step for Power Platform professionals who want to expand their impact beyond solution delivery and take more ownership in governance, standards, adoption, and platform enablement.
You do not need prior experience in a formal lead role. We value curiosity, initiative, stakeholder engagement, and the ambition to grow into a broader platform governance position.
