HR PartnerJob Description
HR Partner (Fixed-Term Contract 12 Months)
Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience and supporting organizations through complex business transformations? Do you enjoy partnering with leaders, advising on employee relations, and driving change in an international environment? If so, this opportunity could be the perfect next step in your HR career.
At Vanderlande, we are the global market leader in automation systems and solutions for airports, parcel, and warehouse customers. Within People Services, we are committed to creating an engaging workplace where employees can thrive and grow. As HR Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a major global carve-out and integration program while ensuring a people-centered approach throughout the transition.
What will you be doing?
Imagine joining one of the most significant organizational transformations within Vanderlande. Toyota, our parent company, is establishing a new organization, creating an exciting and complex integration journey across multiple countries.
As HR Partner, you will be at the heart of this transition, working closely with business leaders, project teams, legal advisors, and employees to ensure a smooth and compliant transfer process. From supporting employee consultations and managing change-related employee relations matters to developing documentation and advising stakeholders, your expertise will directly impact both employees and the business.
You will help managers navigate complex employment situations, translate legal requirements into practical business guidance, and ensure employees receive clear communication and support throughout the process. Your ability to balance compliance, stakeholder management, and employee experience will be essential in making this transformation successful.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be preparing consultation documentation and supporting negotiations with Workers Councils, while the next you could be advising senior leaders on employee relations matters or collaborating with global project teams to achieve critical program milestones.
This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact during a high-profile international transformation project.
