How you will contribute
You will optimize delivery of service to meet business demands and to meet the service operations strategy. In addition, you will plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, consult on issues and resolutions, and recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. In this role, you will also identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and oversee them and support management with regional service contracts, in-country billing and cross charging.

Digital Transformation at Mondelēz International is driving enterprise-wide automation and service management through platforms like ServiceNow. The IT Service Management (ITSM) organization leverages ServiceNow to streamline workflows, automate business processes, and deliver seamless employee and customer experiences. Projects are delivered using Agile methodology with typical sprint cycles of 2-4 weeks and release cadences of 6-8 weeks.
The ServiceNow is a strategic offering within the MDS organization, enabling enterprise service delivery across IT, HR, Finance, and other business functions. The CoE focuses on building scalable, modular solutions that drive operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service quality across the organization.
What you need to know about this position:
The role calls for designing, developing, configuring and maintaining applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
· Knowledgeable in ServiceNow platform development with hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and SecOps modules
· Good experience of Products & Service Catalog, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting, Business Rules and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities
· Experience integrating external systems with the ServiceNow using integration solutions, including ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA etc.
· Build and manage service catalog items, record producers and order guides
· Develop custom scopes applications using the ServiceNow App Engine (Studio)
· Configure and maintain Service Portal widgets, pages, and themes using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
· Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards.
· Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools.
Education / Certifications:
B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Job specific requirements:
· Experience with ServiceNow platform including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations)
· Knowledge of HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules
· Translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and workflows
· Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and AI/ML capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, NLU)
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices on ServiceNow
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any module
· Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
· Experience in solution design, development, configuration, and platform administration
