Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, and families
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and timely
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
