The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Senior Associate Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships 

• Partner with PL Account Managers to service existing customers as needed

• Manage customer inquiries and follow up as needed

• Work and monitor a daily task list

• Effectively and accurately document all correspondence in our Client Management System.

• Participate as a team member in a fast-paced, growing environment open to continuous improvement and training.

Qualifications:

• High school or bachelor's degree

• Experience with High-Net-Worth clients

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills

• Punctual, Reliable and Organized

• Detail Oriented

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work with team members or independently

Benefits: 

• Compensation: $80,000-$100,000/yr.
