By being part of this team, you will work in a hybrid setup, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, from our office in Bucharest (West Gate, Militari, near Preciziei metro station).

How you'll make an impact:

• Solving situations related to policies and third-party providers or client queries with the help of specific HR procedures;

• Offering information related to compensation, benefits, days off, and other HR-related matters;

• Ensuring the accuracy of the documents processed according to the objectives set by the direct manager;

• Processing transactions for different clients and business processes in various systems;

• Extracting and matching reports from Excel;

• Developing good client relationships and raising in time the risks related to client management/satisfaction.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Good communication, written and oral, proficient in English ( B2-C1);  

• Experience in the HR field/Payroll is a plus; 

• Bachelor's degree; 

• Good Client handling skills; 

• Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;  

• Proactive, positive attitude and approach; 

• Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;

• Experience working in a multinational environment.

Tech Skills:

• Knowledge of Excel is preferred;

• Nice to have: Salesforce, Workday, SAP/ADP.
