Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns.
Create audience segments and campaign logic using SQL and marketing automation platforms.
Develop responsive email templates, forms, and landing pages using HTML and CSS.
Implement personalization, dynamic content, and campaign automations.
Perform QA testing and troubleshoot campaign issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor campaign performance and support reporting activities.
Assist with CRM and platform integrations.
Required
2+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
Experience with at least one marketing automation platform such as Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or Responsys.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Experience developing responsive email or web templates.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with JavaScript.
Experience with API or CRM integrations.
Knowledge of email testing and optimization tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
Experience with complex automated marketing programs, including welcome journeys, abandoned cart campaigns, and personalized communications.
