The Opportunity

As a Payer Back Office Strategy / Technology / Operations Consultant, Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming health services operations within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network. You will engage directly with clients, offering strategic guidance and innovative solutions to modernize payer systems. Your work will focus on optimizing processes and driving operational improvements, leveraging your skills to deliver impactful results.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, applying sound judgment and strategic advising to navigate complex challenges. You will motivate and coach teams, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that contributes to the firm's success. Your role involves crafting clear, impactful messages and validating outcomes with clients, confirming that their feedback is integrated into project strategies. You will deepen your professional skills, staying relevant in the ever-evolving landscape of health services operations.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic initiatives in payer back office operations to drive modernization and efficiency
- Guiding teams in the development and implementation of operations strategies tailored to health services clients
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to optimize operational processes and performance metrics
- Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and engagement
- Developing and executing change management plans to support business transformation efforts
- Promoting operational excellence through process improvement and optimization techniques
- Conducting market research and operating effectiveness reviews to identify opportunities for service delivery model enhancements
- Coaching teams in logistics management and operations support to achieve service excellence
- Applying strategic questioning and storytelling to convey impactful messages and drive decision-making
- Validating quality standards implementation to maintain compliance and operational integrity

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating advanced skills in operations strategy and management consulting

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
