We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Statutory Lines Insurance team in Perth working with Partners, Sue Wilkinson and Rani Aria Retnam.

About the team and the work

• Work alongside industry-leading practitioners handling worker’s compensation, personal injury & public liability matters for some of Australia's largest insurers.
• You will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers with investigations into matters, liaising with key stakeholders, drafting submissions, undertaking key stages in formal litigation, file management, and matter progression.
• Gain hands-on experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution across a diverse range of matters.

About you

• You will have prior paralegal experience.
• Proven interest or experience in litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
• You will be a current 3rd or 4th year law student.
