We have an exciting casual opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Legal Support team in Newcastle.

More about the role

• Our Legal Support team (LST) is a centrally managed administrative team that provides responsive, timely, and quality administrative support as part of our firm’s Legal Support model.
• This is a great opportunity to launch your career as a legal assistant/secretary in this entry-level role in a supportive team, with full training provided.
• You will be working within a dynamic and complex industry, supporting lawyers with a range of administrative tasks.
• This is a casual role working in our Newcastle office. Our core office hours are 8:30am to 5pm.
• In terms of culture, the team is collegiate, collaborative, and energetic with ongoing opportunities for professional development and training.

More about you

• Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent attention to detail. You will be task orientated, and process driven, and enjoy finding opportunities for continuous improvement.
• You will need some administration experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
• This role would suit a current tertiary student or anyone with some administration experience who is looking for the flexibility of a casual role.
