We’re offering a rare opportunity for a developing Paralegal to join our Litigation practice in Darwin, working for George Roussos.

About the Role and Team

• We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Darwin team. This role is ideal for a law student looking to gain hands-on experience in litigation.

• We help individuals and organisations resolve workplace, compensation, health and safety, and business disputes through courts, tribunals, negotiation and mediation.

• Working closely with our lawyers, you'll assist with legal research, document preparation, client communication and file management, while gaining exposure to a broad range of dispute resolution matters.

• This is a casual role, offering 3-4 days a week, with flexibility with your choice of working days.

About You

• Our ideal candidate is a motivated law student or recent graduate who is eager to develop their litigation skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.

• You will have strong research, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

• You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent client service and contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
