The Pall T&E Team Manager is responsible for leading the T&E Reconciliation & Reimbursement Team, serve as Concur admin and CBCP admin. This role plays a critical part in ensuring managing Concur system, managing CBCP cards cycle, CBCP transactions are cleared timely, maintaining strong compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. 

This position reports to the Pall Global Travel & Expense Process lead and is part of the Pall CFS team located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This is an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and develop the Travel & Expense (T&E) Reconciliation & Reimbursement team, providing direction, coaching, performance management, development planning, and accountability to ensure service excellence and policy compliance.
• Serve as the primary administrator for SAP Concur, managing system configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver effective business solutions.
• Oversee the Corporate Business Card Program (CBCP) across the full card lifecycle, including card issuance, suspension, cancellation, housekeeping activities, and timely clearance of card transactions.
• Manage complex and escalated T&E matters by providing guidance on operational issues, stakeholder escalations, compliance concerns, and exception handling while ensuring adherence to company policies and controls.
• Drive operational excellence through root cause analysis and continuous improvement, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve claim quality, control effectiveness, productivity, and SLA performance.
• Lead and support DBS and project initiatives, including defining scope, managing timelines, identifying risks, coordinating resources, and driving successful implementation of process and system improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Audit, and the Business to strengthen governance, support audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Professional Qualification, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including significant expertise in Travel & Expense (T&E) claim validation, audit, reconciliation, reimbursement, and end-to-end process management.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing teams, including performance management, coaching, capability development, workload prioritization, and driving compliance to standard work.
• Advanced experience with SAP, SAP Concur, and related finance systems, including system administration, workflow management, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and supporting business process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, internal controls, compliance requirements, audit support, and corporate card program administration, including policy governance and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive improvements in process quality, SLA performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication (proficiency in Mandrin would be an advantage), project management, and continuous improvement skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives, applying DBS tools, and influencing business outcomes across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience administering Corporate Business Card Programs (CBCP).
• Experience supporting global or shared services finance operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or DBS practitioner experience.
• Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, or process transformation projects.
