Share knowledge and key results across the wider Paid Search and Paid Social team.
4. Strategic Contribution & Innovation
Understand the team's strategy, how it affects your scope and its impact on the wider business.
Connect individual situations into trends and work with Senior Managers to implement scalable solutions.
Autonomously manage, prioritise and plan your workload to hit deadlines on projects of growing complexity.
Understand SLAs, task distribution and steering-group KPIs, and how you can support them.

Knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social formats: search and social ad formats (PMax, Demand Gen, feed, video, etc.).
Proficiency in budget pacing, optimisation and performance analysis.
Understanding of measurement, attribution and reporting frameworks.
Familiarity with relevant 3rd-party and operational tools (Google Workspace, Slack).
