Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Experience in configuring and supporting financial modules within SAP S/4HANA Central Finance environments.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged or software as a service applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain optimal performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
