As an Oracle FDI - Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and leveraging Oracle Data and Analytics to drive impactful results. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on business application consulting, helping clients optimize their operations through advanced technology solutions.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the implementation and support of Oracle Data and Analytics solutions for clients
- Collaborating with teams to integrate Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Data Integration tools
- Engaging in complex data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements
- Utilizing data modeling and data preprocessing techniques to enhance data quality and integrity
- Supporting data-driven consulting initiatives by leveraging big data and AI-human collaboration
- Developing data visualization solutions to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Participating in the creation of data quality improvement plans to address data security and integration challenges
- Contributing to digital tooling efforts to streamline data collection and analysis processes
- Building foundational skills in Oracle Golden Gate for data integration and migration tasks
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to foster a collaborative team environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications
- Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration skills
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Data Integration
- Engaging in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
- Developing data quality improvement plans (DQIP) and data security measures
- Excelling in teamwork and communication within client support environments
