As an Oracle Channel Revenue Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement Oracle's suite of applications, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on Oracle's tools designed to manage the entire customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction.

You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. You will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will deepen your understanding of the business context, interpret data to inform insights, and uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's purpose and values.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Channel Revenue Management implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements, spanning sell-side and buy-side channel flows from discovery through design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare.
• Own the overall solution design and delivery approach for channel incentive processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable, auditable, and aligned with business requirements, pricing policy, and revenue recognition standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, and Finance stakeholders, translating commercial objectives into effective channel program strategies and recommending appropriate program structures, eligibility rules, accrual treatments, and settlement approaches.
• Lead the design and configuration of Customer Channel Management programs, including customer rebates, customer promotion programs, annual and tiered volume programs, customer volume programs, annual co-op programs, lump sum payments, off-invoice promotions, special price agreements, and royalty payments.
• Lead the design and configuration of Supplier Channel Management programs, including supplier rebates, supplier annual rebates, ship-and-debit programs, supplier claim submission and validation, accrual reconciliation, and Supplier Portal collaboration.
• Govern the design of Deductions and Settlement processes, including claims, deductions, overpayments, invoice deductions, non-invoice deductions, manual claims, claim investigation, dispute handling, write-offs, and settlement by credit memo, debit memo, chargeback, check, or Payables payment.
• Oversee configuration of core setup objects including channel settings, channel program types, claim types, claim reasons, claim sources and settlement methods, user statuses, customer trade profiles, supplier trade profiles, approval rules, and claim assignment and ownership rules.
• Provide functional and technical leadership for integrations between Channel Revenue Management and Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Receivables, Payables, Procurement, Inventory, Subledger Accounting, and General Ledger, with a strong understanding of accrual, claim, settlement, and accounting event data flows.
• Lead the design of pricing-related configuration supporting channel programs, including qualifiers, custom qualifiers, modifiers, price lists, and net-of-rebate conditions within Oracle Fusion Pricing.
• Own the accrual and liability management design, including trade fund budgets, fund allocation, accrual creation and adjustment, accrual balances, earnings versus payments reconciliation, pay-over-earnings thresholds, and period-end close support.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, projects, and stakeholder priorities while ensuring agreed quality, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance and release management processes, including configuration reviews, unit testing, SIT, UAT, integration testing, regression testing for quarterly Oracle updates, deployment readiness, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Lead data migration and conversion strategy for programs, accruals, claims, trade profiles, master data, and open transactional balances using FBDI, ADFdi, CSV loaders, REST services, and other Oracle Cloud data-loading mechanisms.
• Provide oversight for operational execution of scheduled processes such as accrual generation, claim settlement, mass settle and mass update claims, and accounting event sweeps, and proactively resolve data, integration, configuration, performance, and failed-processing issues.
• Lead analysis of channel performance and operational metrics, including program effectiveness, accrual accuracy, claim ageing, deduction recovery rates, settlement cycle times, and unclaimed rebate exposure, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define and enhance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs using OTBI, BI Publisher, and analytics platforms to provide visibility into channel program performance and financial exposure.
• Assess new Oracle Channel Revenue Management capabilities delivered through quarterly updates and recommend adoption of features that improve automation, control, scalability, and user experience.
• Establish and maintain solution governance standards, including configuration workbooks, naming conventions, change control, environment management, documentation, and access management.
• Promote appropriate data quality, master data, and control practices across customer, supplier, item, pricing, and program data supporting channel processes.
• Develop standard operating procedures, solution documentation, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, reusable accelerators, and best-practice frameworks to improve consistency and reduce delivery effort.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, reducing manual claim handling and settlement activities and improving overall efficiency and scalability of channel operations.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex order, pricing, accrual, claim, settlement, and accounting integration issues, coordinating with internal technology teams, Oracle Support, and other stakeholders as required.
• Manage and mentor a team of Associates and Senior Associates, providing technical guidance, work allocation, quality reviews, coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Review team deliverables and provide appropriate oversight to ensure implementations meet expected functional, technical, quality, security, and operational standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, design and solution reviews, status discussions, issue-resolution sessions, and leadership updates.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, issues, and recommended mitigation actions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pursuits, proposals, solution demonstrations, estimation, and capability building as required.
Required Skills and Experience
• Overall experience of 8-12 years in Oracle applications, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Channel Revenue Management across at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations or equivalent large-scale support and enhancement engagements.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience across Customer Channel Management, Supplier Channel Management, and Deductions and Settlement, including channel settings, program types, claim types, claim reasons, settlement methods, and customer and supplier trade profiles.
• Deep domain understanding of channel incentive processes, including customer and supplier rebate management, trade promotions, accrual management, claims management, deductions and settlement, and indirect sales management.
• Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay process flows and the integration of Channel Revenue Management with Order Management, Pricing, Receivables, Payables, Procurement, and General Ledger.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Pricing, including price lists, qualifiers, modifiers, and custom pricing rules supporting channel programs.
• Understanding of Subledger Accounting, accounting events, accrual accounting, credit and debit memo processing, write-off treatment, and period-close implications of channel transactions.
• Experience managing complex implementations involving multiple business stakeholders, Oracle pillars, integrations, and dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud data-loading and integration mechanisms, including FBDI, ADFdi, CSV loaders, REST and SOAP web services, and file-based integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions rather than tactical fixes.
• Experience defining and monitoring operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for channel and trade processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant information.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a dynamic delivery environment.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members and reviewing technical and functional deliverables.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with adjacent Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules such as Order Management, Global Order Promising, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain Financial Orchestration.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Channel Revenue Management and Trade Management, including chargebacks, third-party accruals, budgets and offers, and claims, particularly in EBS-to-Cloud migration scenarios.
• Industry experience in consumer goods, distribution, high tech, industrial manufacturing, or life sciences where trade promotions, chargebacks, and gross-to-net processes are material.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, EDI transactions, and enterprise integration patterns supporting partner and distributor data exchange.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or comparable reporting and data visualization solutions.
• Understanding of revenue recognition, trade spend governance, financial controls, audit requirements, and segregation-of-duties considerations for channel programs.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including requirements management, sprint planning, backlog management, testing, release management, and defect resolution.
• Oracle Cloud SCM, Order Management, or Channel Revenue Management certifications are desirable.
Manager-Level Leadership Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to operate beyond configuration and demonstrate ownership across people, delivery, technology, and stakeholder management. The individual should be able to independently manage complex workstreams, provide direction to delivery teams, challenge and refine requirements, identify risks early, recommend scalable solutions, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
The Manager should also contribute to building the capability of the wider team through coaching, knowledge sharing, standardization, reusable solutions, quality governance, and continuous improvement, while maintaining a strong focus on delivery excellence and business outcomes.
