Job Scope

As the Marketing Advisor , you aim to:

• Optimize the overall care experience for patients with cancer

• Work with a complex set of internal and external stakeholders

• Understand, develop, drive and monitor the customer value proposition for potential integrated health solutions

• Work cross functionally to coordinate and steward the integrated marketing plan in the Disease Area (DA)

• Work to catalyze rapid solutions to significant gaps in the patient journey (diagnostics, digital health solutions, treatments(s), distribution / supply) by connecting with enterprise knowledge and resources.

• Work in cross border collaborations in Asia Pacific and will be a member of the Network capabilities despite being hired into a country affiliate.

• Realize and scale country outcomes by contributing to virtual, cross border, cross functional work package teams

• Jointly cultivate an environment that enables a self-managed team, with strong innovative, agile and enterprise mindset, customer centricity and a culture of discovery,  experimentation and learning.

Skills and Experience

• You have relevant experience in sales, marketing, digital engagement and/or commercial operations (including leadership), with demonstrable evidence of successfully partnering with customers and achieving shared goals and outcomes.

• More than 2 years of Marketing Advisor (Brand Manger) experience is the must.

• Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Health Sciences, Biotechnology , Business, Marketing or other related fields preferred

• You have a proven track record of building, leading and contributing to high performing, diverse, agile teams
