Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support warehouse and logistics operations, with a strong focus on quality assurance and VAS activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by maintaining high-quality standards, coordinating daily operations, and driving continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities
Manage overall quality assurance of warehouse operations, with a focus on VAS (Value-Added Services) activities
Perform sample checks to ensure goods are packed correctly and meet required quality standards
Ensure operational quality standards, compliance, and SOP adherence are consistently maintained
Handle shipment planning, coordination, and scheduling to meet timelines
Prepare operational reports, documentation, and performance tracking
Liaise with transporters, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations coordination
2–5 years of QA experience in logistics/warehouse environment is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and accuracy
Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with warehouse or logistics systems will be an added advantage
