Role Overview

• This role is responsible for data administration activities by ensuring and validating the accuracy of the data list. Collate data for the campaigns on a daily, weekly, monthly, and on an ad hoc basis. Maintain data integrity within campaign extraction tools through quality checks, capability testing, and weekly data sign-offs. 

• Creation and participation in customer communication and content creation.

• Pre-scheduling, setting up, structuring, executing, monitoring and measuring campaign performance on first-level reporting during and post-campaigns according to the set guidelines (ad hoc, daily, weekly & monthly) to senior campaign support for multiple campaigns across multiple channels such as SMS, email and In-App messaging. 

• Handling and managing end-to-end invoice sign-off and accurately updating the budget tracker.

• Build and manage relationships with the internal & external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Manage initiatives, campaigns and stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure timeous delivery of campaigns. Ensure data is quality checked and all data is received as requested from the data team. Executes Customer Life Cycle Management strategies end-to-end. Executes multiple campaigns to drive maximum customer utilisation of the various Old Mutual products. Monitors credits on campaign platforms.
• Personal Effectiveness: Accountable for service delivery through own efforts and managing own time, tasks and output quality. Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results. Accepts and lives the company values. Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills. 
• Stakeholder Management: Responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the organisation.
• Budget Management: Responsible for ensuring accurate and timeous end-to-end invoice management and payment. 

Requirements

• 2 years' work experience in campaign administration and/or support or similar within marketing, data or sales departments 
• Knowledge of below-the-line campaign coordination
• Matric
• A relevant post-matric qualification is advantageous

Skills Competencies: 

• Intermediate proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)
• Knowledge of CRM and campaign tools
• Advantageous – Knowledge of Jumpstart, Everlytic, Braze and/or Salesforce
