As an Office Manager on the Aire Serv team, a typical day for you will include:
Support Aire Serv President and Leadership Team.
Demonstrates expertise in asserting influence without authority to get agreed-upon goals accomplished.
Lead/facilitate ASV Leadership meetings from ensuring they happen on cadence with agendas, to staying on time/topic and tracking action items and follow up.
Coordinate and facilitate ASV MTTD to ensure meetings are set with the appropriate team members.
Receive general direction. Set priorities and define methods for accomplishing assigned work. Work is generally varied and administrative or project oriented. Requires the ability to lead and/or work with others. Perform considerable coordination and follow-through and assist Franchisees.

Adapts to changing priorities within a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Ability to handle the stress that may arise due to shifting workload, irate clients, or errors made by staff.
Ability to identify root causes of problems and provide effective solutions to eliminate further occurrences.
Articulate clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms to subordinates, clients, associates, prospective candidates
Education: Associates Degree preferred but not required.
Experience: 2+ years as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
