As a Manager, Marketing Automation Strategy on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

• Help develop and execute the Marketing Automation strategy and optimization roadmap across Neighborly brands. 
• Audit existing customer journeys, campaigns, and automations to identify optimization opportunities and implement a structured testing program to continuously improve performance through A/B, multivariate, and holdout testing. 
• Develop and manage a structured testing roadmap, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdout testing, and iterative optimization initiatives. 
• Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes. 
• Create detailed campaign briefs for the Operations team, outlining business objectives, target audiences, messaging strategy, personalization requirements, testing plans, and success metrics.

(Required qualifications)

• Experience:
  • Proven experience with 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Strategy, Digital Marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and business performance. 
  • Experience developing and executing marketing automation strategies, customer lifecycle programs, and journey optimization initiatives across email, SMS, and other digital channels. 
  • Proven experience auditing and optimizing customer journeys, campaign workflows, and automated programs to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer value. 
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing testing and experimentation programs, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdout testing, and iterative optimization methodologies. 
• Skills:.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy 
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration Analytics, or a related field.
• Schedule / in-office requirements:
  • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
