Hiring Unit:
Morgan Arboretum
Position Summary:
- Greets and provides information.
- Answers telephone calls.
- Collects payment and data.
- Prepares donation receipts, membership material.
- Monitors and post content to platforms.
- Processes financial transactions.
- Assists with the support of events.
- Verifies emails.
Work schedule: Must work weekends and holidays.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
High School Diploma required.

- Communication skills
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Autonomous and resourcefulness
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
