Job Description:
Licensed Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient
Location: Coatesville, PA

As an Occupational Therapist at Ivy Rehab, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by helping patients regain confidence, restore function, and get back to the activities they love. From post-surgical recovery and sports injuries to complex upper extremity conditions, you'll work with a diverse patient population while utilizing advanced, evidence-based treatment techniques. You'll be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values clinical excellence, encourages professional development, and empowers therapists to build lasting relationships with patients throughout their recovery journey.
Compensation
Compensation Range: $80,000-$100,000 per year
Additional Compensation
This position is also eligible for: bonus +student loan repayment.

What we look for:
License or pending license as an Occupational Therapist in the treating state
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Eagerness to grow & learn
Interest in pursuing CHT cert when eligible (if not already obtained)
Team player
The compensation range listed reflects the good-faith estimate of pay that this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
