Nuclear Sales Account Manager
We are looking for a Nuclear Sales Account Manager to join our EST team in The Netherlands!
This is a brand-new role for our team! The Nuclear Sales Account Manager will have the opportunity to directly impact the business in a big way.
Leveraging your in-depth business development experience, you will not only develop new nuclear accounts but expand and optimize the ROI on key existing accounts with a global presence. Pursuits of these opportunities will regularly involve multi-level sales efforts and will demand building credibility and developing relationships indirectly within the customer base and with the team of sales professionals.
Resulting contracts range from small development efforts to multi-million-dollar production awards.
Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands (Remote)
Salary: 90,000 EUR Annual

YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Assists in developing sales strategies that will produce maximum market penetration.
- Meeting and/or exceeding the assigned business targets in a specific geographic area or account.
- Provides sales support to Bid and Proposals team and serves as communication conduit with end-user customers.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Supports sales strategies that will produce maximum market penetration. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and promote sales. Delivers sales presentations and demonstrations to key clients, negotiates and closes deals.
- Meets with clients and leads customer interfaces making recommendations for capture strategy.
- Maintains relationships with customers, including timely responses and ensuring customer are kept current on product development. Develops and presents business cases for internal review and communicate development on a regular basis.
- May manage a team of sales representatives including and associated quota for bookings and design wins and/or maintains tracking data and forecasting databases.
- Travel on average 50% of the time. Position will require multi-week international travel.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to engage on a tactical level, conducting product demonstrations, jumping in to get involved in transactions.
- 10 years of business development success, including dealing with global accounts within power generation.
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices.
- Adaptability to market changes and trends.
- Degree within an Engineering discipline preferred
