O2B Kids began in Gainesville, FL back in 1998, and we’ve been growing ever since — spreading our passion for learning, laughter, and childhood joy across the country! With exciting new locations opening soon — including two brand-new schools in Sioux Falls, SD (Cliff Avenue and Tea Ellis Road) — there’s never been a better time to join our amazing team.

Our Sioux Falls locations are set to open in early 2026, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and creative individuals to help us fill every classroom and every position.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!
• ***These are responsibilities for our most common positions, but will be happy to discuss responsibilities for less common positions.

Requirements

Training and experience is preferred, but we are a willing to train and support education through scholarships. There are some positions where specific credentials may be required.

• CDA or early childhood education degree (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
• Willing to train!
