Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. Within our Tech Development Program, the Cybersecurity Stream provides recent graduates with a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity through different rotational assignments. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity beginning in May 2027

What you’ll do here:  

• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures

• Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify and prioritize system threats 

• Monitor and analyze network traffic for unusual activity and potential threats 

• Investigate and respond to security incidents  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures  

• Participate in threat intelligence gathering and analysis  

• Implement infrastructure security strategies to safeguard environments 

• Leverage AI technologies to enhance security insights and decision-making processes 

• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to strengthen defenses 

What you bring to the table: 

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, graduating by May 2027 or within the past year 

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills 

• Adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning 

• Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology 

• Self-reliant with a strong sense of responsibility 

• Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security technologies 

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java 
• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
